Flatbed recovery, done properly
We use a flatbed truck rather than a lift-and-tow, which means the vehicle rides on the bed with all four wheels off the ground. That matters for automatic cars, all-wheel drive vehicles and anything with active suspension, and it means damaged panels don't get dragged along the road on the way home.
For vehicles with flat tyres, seized wheels or crash-damaged suspension, we winch onto the bed at a low loading angle so nothing gets worse in transit.
Straight into the workshop, if you want
Most of our recoveries are collisions being brought straight back to our workshop in Listowel. As soon as the vehicle arrives we photograph the damage on arrival, log it into the system and start the assessment — so the repair or insurance claim isn't sitting in a queue for a day just because the recovery took a day.
If you'd rather the vehicle went somewhere else — home, a main dealer, another garage — that's fine. Just tell us where when you call.
